We first met David and Sandra in February 2017 having travelled to the area of Matarraña to look at the possibility of building a small home in the area. We were attracted by its peacefulness and potential for walking, cycling and enjoying nature. We spent a couple of days with David looking at various plots and building options. He was generous with his time, gave good advice, was relaxed, so we felt under no pressure. He was knowledgable and reassuring about the process involved.

With David and Sandra’s support we managed to find a beautiful plot which we now have purchased from a really nice local family.

We are really looking forward to the next stage of building the home.
