I think you guys are selling yourself short. Yes you are wonderful in grasping exactly what your purchasers require and follow through with the projects till they complete. You forget to mention a really important part of what you do and that is you intgrate people into the lifestyle they are about to adopt. You have formed and created a comunitiy that wherever your clients may come from, every effort is made to ensure that they become part of it. You do not buy and sell houses, lets face it anyone can do that….you create homes and lifestyles which is so much more.
